WEBSITE HELP

Accessing Member Content
    Much of the content on the website is available to members only. A log in and password are required to access member content.
    The password can be reset automatically by clicking on Reset Password. If the problem persists, or a log in is required, please contact help@cfla-acfl.ca or call the CFLA office.
Your Profile
    Individuals can review and update their information. Having logged into the site, choose Manage My Profile on the left selection bar. Click on the My Name which opens the user profile. Click on Edit and proceed to update the information. Click on Submit to update or Reset to Clear Changes.
Company Profile
    Each corporate member has an administrator that can add, update, or delete company members, and manage the corporate information such as address and contact numbers, following the same steps as listed in “Your Profile”
Topic Search
    Enter keyword or key phrase in the topic search window.
Member Search
    Member contact information is found under
      About CFLA
        Members/Links
        Directory: downloadable Word document containing contact information of all members
        Speed Search: search by company name or individual’s last name
        Alphabetical: search for all individuals or all companies whose name starts with specific letter. Results can be organized by last name or by company name. When sorting by last name, blank names are listed at top of list.
        Search: search by any combination of Name, Company, City , Province, Postal Code, or Country
        Reset: clears the search fields

    If you encounter any 404 errors on this site due to old or missing links, please inform the webmaster@cfla-acfl.ca via email to have them fixed.
